We perform market comparisons twice a year to ensure each lender we recruit for is competitive

PERFORM AN INTERVIEW WITH HIRING MANAGER

This may be the most important thing we do as your manager dictates the operational efficiency of your branch or region

We perform 5 blind, cold calls to loan officers that work for the lender to assess operations. In addition, we also get feedback from the loan officers we have placed with the lender to determine if the lender is still performing at the level we expect
